I am Brazilian 25 years old currently living as a student in the U.S, unmarried, with a completed bachelor degree in Finance from an American University.
Have native English, Portuguese, Spanish, and intermediate French. I'll be starting my express entry application soon, but I currently do not have a job offer from a Canadian employer.
Does anyone have a similar profile or useful information about the real chances of getting the express entry under these circumstances?

Thank you!!!!!

A job is not a job in the eyes of CIC if it's not LMIA-approved.
i have a job in Canada, I have not been allowed to apply after 8 months in the system.

LMIA-approved job guarantees you success in EE. Without a job, depend on points, you still have lots of chances of getting in.

The hard part is not gaining PR in Canada, it's sustaining livelihood (be that a job or business) after you come into Canada.

It seems to me that to have a score high enough to reasonably expect an invitation, you have to have either an LMIA-supported job offer, nomination by a province (look into their requirements and see if you qualify), more than 3 years in a qualifying job outside Canada, or at least a year of work in Canada.

If you can score above 450, you will most likely get an invitation even without a job offer, but the lower the score is below 450, the less likely an invitation is. Then it's your responsibility to check out ways to improve it - either by working for a couple of years, by applying to grad schools in Canada, by searching for an LMIA-supported job (this is difficult from outside Canada), or by applying for provincial nomination. Good luck!
