I was married in October 2020, and had to come back to Canada after 10 days of marriage due to work reason. I want spend some quality time with my spouse. With sponsor visa might take longer than 12 months.

Are there any chances of getting visitor visa??

There is a very good chance the visa will be denied because immigration will know she is not coming for a visit, she wants to move to be with you. Also depending where you are from, getting a visitor visa could almost as long as spousal sponsorship.

No harm trying but would not count on approval.
