what are the chances of getting visa for my profile?

hey guys can u guess my chances of getting visa.im very tensed with my profile. i have applied for graduate certificate for 2 years.
IELTS -6.0

the most important thing is i have gaps in my education.
10th-1997

intermediate-2000(here for 2 years i took 3 years because i met with an accident.bed rest for 6 months.so discontinued and continued again).

then i joined in BCA.studied for 1 year and discontinued.Then joined in BE.
ENGG -60%. I had more than 25 backlogs but all cleared.i took three years to complete my backlogs.my batch was from 2001-2005 but i did it in 2008.the three yearss i totally concentrated on my backlogs.no work experience at aall.later i did PGDCA course in computer institute for 1 year.

any guidence,advices,suggestions are appreciated.thank u in advance friends.

Its okay buddy...Complete ur docs with logic. and yeah u hv 2 provide everything wch u thnk can fulfill ur Study GAP. All the best

I got rejection for Jan 2014 for Dalhousie University Sad.. the reason of refusal:your proposed stdies r nt reasonable in light of 1 or more of: ur qualifications, previous stdies, employment , level of establishment, language abilities, or ur future propects and plans.
I got admission in dalhousie UNI for M.engg in internetworking. my profile is B.E (E&C) 58% (10 backlogs with repeatation) and an year gap during U.G means B.E completed in 5 years. IELTS- 6.5 (min 6 in each),also my final year project was on networking and I have also submitted a certificate from a private institute of N+, CCNA, MCSE where I have done training of these networking courses .. sufficient funds shown, but SOP was very poor... applied under university category.. now how to resolve this issue with this profile?? plz guide me, I am desparately looking for help on this as I want to re-apply soon for the same intake..
