Hi Everyone,
I came to Canada in 2011 as an International Student. I finished my college and got 3 years post graduation work permit which is expiring in March 2016. I Currently work Full time as Customer Relationship Manager at a good company. I can show around $15k in bank, I own my condo. Job letter and pay stub is not a problem.

For all this time my wife and daughter were in india i just want them to come and stay with me for a little bit. Please advise what are the chances? and whats the process. I forgot to mention my daughter is 3 years old now.

Any help is Appreciated!

The important thing is for your wife to demonstrate to the Visa Officer that she has strong ties to her home country and is not likely to remain in Canada beyond her visit.

She could demonstrate strong ties through:
- Her employment (job profile, appointment letter, reporting structure, letter from her employer than her job will still be there after her Canada visit, pay stubs, etc)

- Property

- Family Ties (however, the VO is likely to believe that her family ties in Canada vis-a-vis you as her spouse are stronger than her family ties to her home country)

- Financial Investments (Bank deposits, Shares/Stocks, etc etc)
etc etc

Does she have Travel History ie has she traveled previously to the US, the UK, Europe, etc (and not just to "tourist" countries)?

The chances of your wife and daughter getting a TRV all depend on the Explanations and Evidence that she provides to convince the VO. Your documents as her sponsor are secondary as compared to her documents.

Hope this helps. All the best :)
