I have checked this link dear , trust me they dont really follow this ?
Many applicants are waiting since mid- june for their visa's under general category ..

If u check under those processing time table they note that this time may varies atimes depending on the nature of indivdual application & volume. So this is the reason we are experiencing different dicision time
