What are rate of refusal on Loan letter or Running finance? Plz HELP!!

Please help me that if i apply vise file for canada with loan letter, is there much or low chance of refusal.?.?.?

if you've loan or GIC it reduce visa refusal in the side of finance section. it will never concern other part of visa application
