what are options if PR is rejected on Medical Grounds

Hi,
What are the options if PR applied under Experience class is rejected due to medical condition of the dependent( wife).
can i still stay in Canada or i have to go back to my Country.

if you dont have any other authorization to stay in canada then you have to leave country...seniors please correct me if i am wrong

Can I reapply? or is here any possibility that i can appeal on humanitarian grounds? as its already 4 years in Canada and will be difficult to go back.

That is indeed unfortunate. If the medical condition which made her inadmissible changes, and the cost is no longer higher than the 5 year average set for the province, you should get your PR application approved. You can get a review on the decision made, but I will highly suggest get the help of a lawyer with this.
