Hello everyone.
This is my first thread here. I will really appreciate help from seniors and those who experienced similar situation before.
We (husband and wife) are Canadian PR, Landed in July 2012 and came back to home country within a few weeks. We have got our PR Card delivered to a friend's address living in Canada. We are now willing to go back to Canada and this time it is for permanent residence.
We have a 2 month old child for whom we want to get PR under "family sponsorship" program. I am not from "Visa Exempt" countries. I gone through several threads here and from what i know, i have only two options.
First option is more feasible for me.
So what shall i do first? Shall i go ahead and apply for TRV for my child and if they reject it, apply for TRP? or I should talk to Embassy first before i even apply for TRV?
Your opinion is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

- Try to get TRV, Which is most likely to get rejected. Then apply for TRP, which too may get rejected.
- Either one of us should go back to Canada and sponsor child from there.
