What would my visa chances be?

10th(ICSE): 74
12th(State) - Commerce: 84
Bcom: 62% - No backlogs

10 months of experience in a financial company, applied for PG(1 year) Financial Services course in GBC.

What would my chances be, I applied for VISA on 5th

Other than that, I have paid the entire year, 15k CAD fees, have GIC of 10k CAD and also 17,00,000 INR in my name.

Okay, I'm screwed. Now I had been to the USA in 1999. But was denied a travel visa last year, and my agent ticked the no option in the form :| so all the money down the drain now?

Best case your application is going to be refused. Worse case scenario - your application will be refused and you'll also end up with a five year misrepresentation ban from Canada. I would withdraw your application asap.
