What are my chances under FSW?

Hi,

I have 8 +years as Software Developer/DBA after completing Graduate Degree and am very fluent in Verbal/Written English.
Can somebody tell what are my chances in FSW?
Also suggest what is the best way to improve my chances for getting the visa under FSW.
Are my chances better if i apply in FSW or goto Canada to study MS/MBA. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
