What are my chances to obtain the visa?

Hi guys..

I have applied for french certificate at Laval university, and I got accepted.

Its going to be in january 2012 intake..
I am just worried that I won't get the visa because its a language course certificate thats 1 yr certificate.

Should I try to apply for another certificate related to my work? Or what should I do?
I am confused indeed, and not ready for refusal.

You have to give very good reasons, why you want to learn this language.They will check your background
and real reason for learning this language. If they are satisfy then you may get a visa.

It looks like a full rejection. If you are a South Asian, I do not think if Visa Officer will trust your intention to return back to your country. Its better if you go for a full academic subject.
