Okay so i would begin from the start i am from india and 2 years ago i got student visa refusal twice first time reason was chosen course not in light with previous study second time i'm not satisfied you're a bonafied student.
At that time i had completed my bachelors in computer application (BCA) with 55%
IELTS score 2 years ago: L-7.0,R-6.5,W-5.5,S-6.5 Overall - 6.5
Submitted GIC worth 10200 CAD
There were no educational gaps with only one backlog however my visa was refused maybe mostly because my grades were low.

However there is a twist in story now due to god's grace i've successfully completed my masters in computer application in india now with distinction (88%) and no backlogs.

New ielts score are L-7.0,R-7.0,W-7.0,S-7.0 Overall-7.0

So this time i'm planning for may intake and thinking to apply again! can anyone please tell if i do have any scope for getting a visa?

Well your earlier score was also ok enough in order to give your visa and it all depends upon SOP mainly also if they want to refused you they can easily refused you this time as well as I have also seen people getting their visa refused with overall 8.5 band and I have also seen people getting their visa approved at overall 5 band.

So it's all depends upon your luck...

All the best!

All depends on the course you apply for. Given that you have a masters there aren’t many courses that will leave to better employment opportunities/career progression. On top of that you may actually find better opportunities in India.
