What are my chances for visa?

I'm from India, passed class 12th this year and have made application at 2 colleges for Computer Systems program and waiting for offer letter,
I have 6.5 in IELTS (L-7 R-5.5 W-6.5 S-7.5)
And in class 12 I have 58.61%age overall with 50 marks in maths.

What are my visa chances?
