What are my chances for getting an ITA under CEC

Hello friends!

I am currently exploring prospects of getting a PR under CEC.

I am working on obtaining a job offer in Canada. I would like to understand the prospects of getting an ITA under CEC in one year.
I will be 39 years old by the time i become eligible to apply for a PR under CEC.
How do I find out will I get an ITA after one year working in Canada?
some immigration forums mention i can get extra points by providing proof of education under CEC. But how do i calculate CRS that will be specific for CEC?
Right now, i live in the USA and my GC priority date is not current. So your response will help me make a crucial decision of moving to Canada
