Just going to be fair... There are a lot of different stuff at play and they way your Immigration officer view your files and other factors. Never be 100% Sure unless you get the PPR Email which mean you are almost done. Good luck

Today I called and came to know eligibility passed
Background still in process from so much time . This is all I know.

order your notes. You might be stuck in Security Screening which might last for another 6-18 months

There is no issue with security ... It is clear .. They are processing background check for so long
