What are all the options available to increse my CRS Score

Hi

I am in CLOSED WORK PERMIT, and I completed ONE YEAR of Canadian work experience. My Current CRS Score is 432 (inclusive of my spouse's information). We already crossed the age limit. The only option is to increase the CELPIP score then it will come to 460 (Maximum).

In this scenario, need some guidance. Furthermore, I checked this URL (CWP holders can study for up to a maximum of 6 Months) I am not sure if am i eligible for this.
