What and how to submit documents to WES from Pakistan

Hi all,

A few questions regarding what and how to submit to WES? Their website say:

1) SECONDARY EDUCATION:
To be sent directly to WES by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education. Documents must be verified by the Controller of Examinations.

2) HIGHER EDUCATION: Universities and Institutes of Technology
You may have photocopies of your original Degree Certificates and Marks Sheet/Result Card attested by the HEC sent directly to WES by the HEC.
-OR-
You may request for all HEC-attested photocopies to be placed in an official sealed envelope and have the envelope returned to you to forward to WES.

- Why they are asking to submit "HEC-attested photocopies"? Means they don't want the original degree and transcripts?
- For Secondary Education documents, can I also have them placed in a sealed envelop? So that I put two sealed envelopes in ONE big envelope and send them to WES?

Hi.

For Masters/Bachelors degrees, its pretty straight forward. Goto HEC website and the process is there. You need to submit an online application first and request appointment at the headoffice/branch offices of HEC in the khi, lhr, isb.

The tricky part is Matric and Inter. Still figuring that out. Will share if I get some info.
