What About GIC -NEED HELP

I got Refusal For September 2014 session,,
if i gonna apply for January 2015 or may 2015 ,,can i use same GIC certificate ??
SHOULD I REFUND MY GIC MONEY FROM SCOTIA BANK OR REMAINS THERE....??
IS THERE WILL BE ANY PROBLEM??

if u want to apply again and if u don't need that money right now then let it be, or else you can go through refund policy in scotia bank website get the money back

then when you are applying again for visa start the process again.

Scotia Bank will take 40-60 days to refund the money. So if you are planning to reapply for Jan-2015 then it's not a good idea to refund the GIC.

i want to know,,, i opened my GIC account through my consultant, he can do something wrong with my gic money or not ??
, if in future , my visa not approved again then it will be possbile to refund after 2 refusals ??

How did you paid the money to GIC ? For GIC we need to have an account on our own NAME to transfer the money to soctia bank ? if you paid though your own account then don't worry ? Doesn't know if they created an account on your behalf which is under controlled by them then this could be a problem. I got refund after 50 days in my account which was used for payment. It is also possible to get refund in to another account with your name by filling refund form.

Even I have few doubts on GIC. Please help!

1. Is offer letter from University important for GIC?

2. What if we decide to change the university after paying GIC fees? Is it a normal process? Please elaborate.

3. What time frames should we consider for GIC account creation; Amount transfer; confirmation letter or certificate? Total process of how many days?
