I received my transcripts and about to send to WES. As Canada Post courier service is disrupted, can I use any other vendor like Fedex, Purolator etc? Is there any mandate from WES to send them through Canada Post from within Canada?

Not at all! In fact, it's best to avoid Canada Post right now

I sent my documents through Canada post and it took forever!! Use a courrier like dhl, ups
