I have completed my Diploma in Civil Engineering (3Years) and Bachelors in Civil Engineering (4years).....
Question.
1) While selecting Institution type which one i have to choose for Diploma
a) Higher Education
b) Secondary education
In my country Nepal Diploma is considered as higher education
2) Do is get two or more degree certification from WES.
