Is there a different process if your degrees are more than 10 years old ? Do you have to go to the college to attest as well? Do you have to go to Kalimantan campus in that case?

Also what is the process when you pick up? Do you have to be there yourself or can you send someone ? If so, do they need some letter or POA to represent you ?
