See there are two ways you can send transcripts to wes for eca.
1. Go to your institution or university to send your transcripts directly to WES, in that case they will charge you extra.plus you will find difficult to track your package.
2. Pay the fees to your institution or university and get your transcripts in hand. (NOTE: it should be sealed enveloped)
Once you get your transcripts you can by yourself courier it to WES.
3. You can send your graduation and masters sealed transcripts by your-self. No need to involve institution or universities.
There are different courier services with different delivery time and money.
