WES : TRANSCRIPTS VALIDITY

Hi,
I got sealed envelop transcripts from University on June'2014,
Please clarify me the following point,
1.How long the transcripts are valid?
2.Can I apply for Educational credential Assessment in January'2018 by using university transcripts received on June'2014.

They are valid for many many years.recently i have got mine approved by WES. And it was issues in 2011 from my university.
