Hello! After waiting for 20 days
, I received an email from WES saying "The document received is of poor quality and cannot be read." to the best of knowledge everything is readable on the documents i sent, they are clear, and i have similar copies of the same lot that was sent to WES they can be read even from 1000 miles away with using binoculars. Moreover, they have considered my Higher Secondary Education as Secondary School education. List of educational qualification are as under...
1) Secondary School Certificate ( Date of completion 2004) (total length of the course 2 Years)
2) Higher Secondary School Certificate (Date of Completion 2006) (Total length of the course 2 Years)
3) Bachelor of Arts (Date of Completion 2008) (Total length of the course 2 Years)
4) Masters in Business Administration (Date of Completion 2012) (Total length of the course 3 Years)
While the status updated by WES is such like given below in the link in which there is no sign of Higher Secondary School Certificate. please check it in the link given below.

Here is second copy of the Study Transcript which is from the same lot of the copies that i sent to WES. There no difference between them interms of the paper quality and print quality. Please check the copy of my transcript in the given link.

Can anyone please guide me, what should i do? how much more clear copy they need? or should i send the original transcript? or send a microscope with the envelop?. Please suggest me other assessment firms which are better then WES. Also is there any way to ask for refund?
