WES Standard Mail Not Received

Hi Members

My WES was evaluated on 14 July 2015 and they dispatched the evaluation certificate on the same day by standard mail.

Its November now and I still have not received the mail in India.

It was a standard mail and when I send requests to WES they said it cannot be tracked.

I also checked in the nearest post office if they received but no luck.

Do I have to apply for a duplicate copy and pay $204 again?

Could someone please share their experience with similar issue? Kindly assist as I am not sure what to do next.

in that case apply for duplicate copy( includes a soft copy sent by email) that will cost around 40$

Same thing happened to me - somehow their standard mail just never reaches our part of the world even months and months later and we are supposed to pay extra even to get the first copy. But if you are at the same address you should write to WES and tell them. Maybe they will send another copy, though its unlikely.

Do you need the paper report? I didn't pay for the courier service since I didn't think it was necessary - I thought just the online version would be enough :S

I had the same problem when getting my WES report. I asked for two different standard mail reports and none of them ever turned up! In the end I paid for the courier service and it turned up without a problem.

Forgot to say that this was when requesting my report to be sent to Oman.

Same here. I had to use courier.
