Really need help. WES has send documents to my university for secondary verification. I have gone thru some threads and haven't really understood how to approach this situation. Could you please help me with below queries:
1. Does university respond to the email/courier from WES or one need to visit the university to get this done?
2. Does university need to respond both via email and courier to WES with verification outcome?
3. How much time does this process take if only university is taking care of responding to WES?
4. Does the university have to respond in a particular format to WES?
