WES sealed envelope

Hi friends,

I have a problem with my university. They refuse to seal my envelope nor send it themselves to WES. They said the only option we have is to respind to them if they contacted us to check the accuracy of your transcripts. Otherwise, they can do nothing about it. Please let me know what to do in this case.

It is a mandatory thing to send the transcripts. Check whether some agency can help or not.
In the mean time, talk to higher officials in the university and see what the solution is.

They can give me the transcripts but they refused to seal the envelope maintaining they only repond to inquiries coming outside and dont send anything on their own.
