I have received my transcripts from universities, one of the universities sent to me white envelope with the university brand on it. but no signature but the envelope is closed and i kept it this way but there is no stamp/signature or seal on it.
its only a closed envelope with university brand on it, i contacted them they said its the only way we send transcripts and as long as they university brand on it and it is not opened then it should be accepted. Am not sure about this information, please advice.
