WES Report

My WES report just came in and they only evaluated my Bachelor's Degree as:

Canadian Equivalency Summary
Diploma (two years)

Canadian equivalency:
Secondary school diploma and diploma (two years)

Now my CRS calculation is lower because I thought I could be granted a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology since that was what I finished in college.

Is this a normal situation? Does this happen most of the time with other applicants? I'm thinking maybe I have missed something or my school sent a record with a mistake. I did upload my Degree Certificate after they received my Academics Record.

Are there any chance for me to still apply for PNP with this educational credential?

Also just to clarify, for FSW six selection factors, do I still get 19 points based on this image:
Federal Skilled Workers Program factor points

And for CRS score: 91
Comprehensive ranking system

Thanks.

Not strange to get a three year degree assessed as a diploma depending on where you went to school. You can try another organizaiton like IQAS. You can apply to PNPs if you are eligible. Each province has different requirements and some have own points system.
