WES report name mismatch

Hi All,

I had applied WES for me and my wife last month.Currently its in processing state. Since i had to get a passport for my new born baby, i got my wife's passport re-issued so as to add my name as spouse.At that time i got my name added to her last name(basically her name got changed).So once when my application gets picked up, while i send my documents, will there be any issue with the name change in her WES report as well as her passport?

What all documents do i need to prove that its the same person.

You can get a same name affidavit. Marriage certificate will also be a proof for that.
