WES Report for GNM

Does anyone has idea about Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) (Indian Degree) that is 3.5 yrs course after 12th pass. What could be the result from WES? Or points?

Hi..! I have done GNM diploma course from Gujarat, India and I also did my WES evaluation but it states that GNM nursing is 3.5 years hospitality course. Can you please guide me your experience so that I can accordingly apply for my degree evaluation again to the different organizations as soon as possible. I have received the reference of ICAS but was giving a thought to apply from
Comparative Education Service – University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies
as their evaluation is faster than other organization but I don't know if they evaluate GNM as a diploma degree.

I also thought to apply for both the organization as I don't know exactly which organization will evaluate it as a diploma degree, but before spending money I want to ask people like you who have already received their evaluation (I assume) so that I didn't have to spend money and time in this process.

If any one take ECA report one from WES and another from CES and there have any difference between two authority such as wes give Canadian bachelor equivalent and CES give masters.
In this situation what is applicable for candidate whereas masters equivalent is more important.
Any one answer with practical.
