Hi...Need help.

Any one has done WES for Karnataka State Open University and got a positive result?
I have done Wes and it says my masters degree is from a non recognized institution. But as per Wes degree equivalency tool my masters degree Canada equivalent is bachelors degree 3 yrs. so pls let me know any one has done a Wes with Karnataka state open university and got approved.

Did anyone tried with Iqas Canada?
I am also in the same boat . My masters is not recognized
