WES Report delayed over estimated completion date

Dear all,

I applied for WES course by course evaluation for further studies. My timeline as of now is:

• 7/31/2021: Submitted Application
• 8/3/2021: All documents were sent by University and received by WES (electronically)
• 8/18/2021: All documents were accepted by WES and Evaluation is in progress it will be completed by 8/26/2021

It is 1st September today and I still haven't received an update about my evaluation. I read here on my posts that WES usually sticks to their estimated completion date. I tried calling them several times and they told me they have escalated my request but there is no satisfactory answer. Can someone tell me if something similar has happened to them and what can I do?
