WES report and Degree certificates have been requested by CIC

I have received eAOR on Nov 25,2017 , Medicals passed on Dec 5 and BG check went from " We will send an email if BG check starts" to "Not Applicable" today and I received an email asking to replace my WES report and Degree certificate. Does this mean my background check is cleared?

If this means anything, it would be that the IRCC officer needs your WES report and Degree certificate to continue processing your application. Anything else would be just assumptions. Good Luck!

Thank you for your response. Was just curious if that means anything regarding BG check.
