WES related Query

Hi Guys,

I'm applying for WES today but had few queries.

1) I have 2 sealed envelopes with me (Post-Graduation & Graduation). Do I need to write WES no. on those envelopes or are we not supposed to do anything with those sealed envelopes?

I think that the communication on WES.ORG suggests that we should write WES no. only on the outer envelope containing but still, it's bit unclear.

Will appreciate if someone can clarify.

Write your WES reference letter on the sealed envelope. write the address and WES ref no. on the bigger envelope containing these two sealed envelopes.
