I have done my graduation from Delhi university, I am not able to get what all docs I need to send to Wes. Do i need to attest the Xerox copies of marksheets from someone else. And how much fee I pay 100 or 160 CAD.

The algorithm to apply for attestation of marksheets and other documents remains almost the same, irrespective of university. Go through this link rigorously and also please refer to the WES portal. Everything is explicitly mentioned in it. You will get more clarity

I dont think that the xerox copies attested by you will be evaluated by WES. In the WES website it says that the photocopies of your marklist should be signed by the COE of your university and put in a cover of the univeristy and a seal should be placed on the cover with the signature of the COE.

If you dont get that done, WES will not evaluate your degree at all.

I am new to this forum. I have also started my process for ECA assessment for Canada. I have already sent a list of documents to CES for evaluation. Now I am following the process for sending the academic records in sealed envelope from college / university.
I have requested for transcripts from my college which is expected to be ready by Tuesday. Now as explained by you in one of the forums, I will follow the process to get it verified by Mumbai university at their student welfare division in Churchgate. I just had one query.
Q: Whether the official transcript request form needs to be filled by the college authorities or the university authorities?
