If they reject then.. i meant. for example in IELTS exam if one does not get required score, one has to pay again and appear again to get desired score. like that i was asking what if WES reject the documents, while re-submitting whether one has to pay again the same fees?

If they reject and ask for new documents, then no need to pay again. Ask them to reopen the application and send the new documents.

They rejected your documents or did not evaluate your University? Is it from non-recognized university?
