WES question

My friend is outside Canada and doing the WES evaluation .. can he use his relative's address in Canada instead of his home country address to avoid international courier fees.

will that have any effect/harm ?

Yes. you can use any address you want for the hard copy of WES. you dont even need the hard copy as the online pdf is enough.
