WES Query

Hi,

I got an email yesterday from the courier company that my package has been delivered. But it is yet to be reflected on my WES profile. It is still showing - waiting for required documents

Do I need to write them an email to check if they have received my documents? Or is it just that they take time in updating the status?

Also, some time back I came across a thread where people had posted their WES timeline detailing everything right from the date of package delivery to date of result. I am unable to find that thread now. If anyone can post the link to it, it would be helpful.

It takes 2-3 for WES to update if the document was received or not. You can track your shipping number on WES website right away.

My WES took 4 weeks once documents were received. But for one of my friend, turn around time was 5 days from document receipt to report being available.

Whoa, 4 weeks and 5 days! That's a lot of difference.

Did you'll apply at the same time? Also, both of you'll had taken similar courses?

The application time for both of us was at least 1 month apart.
My friend applied after I received my WES.

They are fast now-a-days, that is what I think.

You have already got 'Delivered' status from the courier company. If you track your courier online, then there will be a link for "Get signature Proof of Delivery"
Click that option and you will get a proof of delivery stating the signature of the person who received the courier at WES.
In my case, it was received by some 'P Maple'.

If you get this, then it's a confirmation that they have received your documents.

Now, all you can do is just sit back and relax. There's nothing you can do this step onward, but wait.

Once they start reviewing your documents, the status will be "Documents reviewing under process".

Now, they would take from 1 month to infinite (theoretically!! ) to evaluate your credentials.

Once they complete the evaluation, the status will change to 'Your documents are reviewed'. You can download your .pdf file copy from your account.
They will send you a hard copy of your evaluation report to your correspondence address.
