WES Profile: Bachelor of Technology from Anna University

Two quick questions, more for confirmation than anything else:

1. If I've got a Bachelor of Technology from a college under Anna University (let's call this particular college X), then should the "Name of the Institution" field in the WES form be 'X' or Anna University?

I think it is the latter, but I need confirmation.

2. I have both a Masters and a Bachelors degree: should the field "Institution Type" be "University Education" for the Bachelors? The other options are :

i. State Boards of Technical Education
ii. State Boards of General Nursing and Midwifery
ii. Professional education (Institute of Chartered Accountants, Institute of Cost and Work Accountants, Institution of Engineers, Institute of Company Secretaries)

If the college is part of the university then the name of the institution is the university.

"University Education" means a Bachelor's degree.
