WES problem

I ordered WES for ECA and sent my transcript with degree certificate and statement of marks, which clearly indicated all subjects taken with marks and year. However, WES accepted my degree certificate and asked me to get the statement of marks (from university again) showing subjects, marks obtained and years (which is already included in transcript). I contacted them through email and no response from them. If I contact my university they will issue the same certificate, which was already sent to WES... I dont know what to do.... Any suggestions....

Were your transcripts issued by the college? If yes, then WES won't accept it. You need university issued transcripts only.

Strange. Did you look at the mark sheet that was sent to Wes (many universities give open envelope for us to stick) or was it sent directly by university? Also, is your college autonomous college by any chance? I mean the college conducts all the exams and the university just issues degree.

My university in India gave it closed but my wife got an open envelope with the stamp for her to stick.

I got 5 transcript and opened one of it. It has the statement of marks. My college is not autonomous...

Then the only possibility is that they envelope sent to them missed the mark sheets. It might have just degree certificate. As you have more copies, try sending another one and see. See if you can make sure if it has mark sheet as well.

They want transcript that send directly from your university to WES, not from you to them. They even want your university to stamp and sign on the form to confirm those transcript is correct and genuine. This is to prevent fault. If your university closed down, then good luck. My college was dissolved too, WES can't do anything about this. At the end, WES just evaluated my final degree then issued Bachelor Degree status which equivalent to four year in Canada.

My university gave transcripts to me and i posted them to wes. But they were sealed and signed so that it couldnt be tampered. No problem occured.

My university and my wife's university don't post to WES directly. They gave us to post. For me, it was all signed, stamped and sealed and I have no idea what was in the envelope. I got my ECA completed with a spelling mistake which is being dealt with right now. For my wife, it was signed and stamped but she stuck the back flap and sent it to WES. Her ECA is complete.

Not true for most Indian universities. WES document requirement varies based on country and for India it is okay to send the docs by ourselves.
