I had sent my attested degree and mark sheet for affiliation to WES. My degree got accepted , however due to some reason my mark sheet did not get accepted. This is the reason they gave on their website -
Reason: The document received was not attested by the institution responsible for conducting the examinations (e.g. university, constituent or autonomous college). Mark sheets must be issued, attested and sent by the university or autonomous/constituent college.
Instructions: Please have your academic document attested and sent to WES according to the document requirements stated under University Education for India.
Honestly , I took a photocopy of the mark sheet , got it attested from the director of the college. She had attested , signed and dated the documents herself. Made sure they were sealed in right way. I don't know on what basis did they not approve it.
Kindly help me if anyone knows anything about this . Would be a bog help . Thanks
