WES pending Evaluation date has passed

Hi,

My evaluation in WES was mentioned on their website to be completed by 16 May 2019 but it has not been completed yet. Today is 18th and still don't have any update. Called WES and they said it may take 24-48 hours to update but that also has passed. Is there anyone who has faced thia situation before? Please advise

You should wait for 2-3 "business" days for an update from WES. They don't work on Saturdays and Sundays.
