I'm trying to pay for WES, but I've some problems with that system.
The system ask for some info that may be the reason for the issue.
1- The visa card number contains 12 numbers + 3 space in the format of "xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx". While WES system contain 16 character instead of 15.
They ask for a CVD while my card in a European card that has a CVV.
They ask for that info about the Name, EMAIL, ADDRESS, phone number which they say they are relative to the cardholder which I actually provided.
