Wes on hold kurukshetra uni

Hi all,
I have submitted my documents to Wes and they have validated the bachelor's (Delhi University) but the status is on hold as they are awaiting revert for my MBA (kurukshetra University) . Can any one help me or guide me becoz it has been nearly 3 months and the status is on hold

hi guys is there anyone who sent there transcripts through Kurukshetra university, I submitted my documents in the university on 17 jan and yesterday I received an email from WES stating that we have received your documents but they are not sent directly by the university.
Has anyone faced the same?

Hi @Jas1991 - I am also facing same issue with KUK. Did you get any luck? My status got changed to On Hold on February 13 .

Hi @kluthra, Since Dec 01 2018, WES is accepting documents from University directly. Most likely you need to get transcripts again using current WES reference number and University will send it directly to WES via speed post (unfortunately currently they do not do express shipping). Is your case resolved by Kuk
what steps did you follow
What exactly the reply should contain?

Ya sure I will update here if there is any progress.
As of now ku is saying that they don’t reply to email, they will wait for the hard copies from Wes and after that they will reply to Wes on email
Any idea what should be the reply to Wes?
What format, attachment etc?

Could you please tell me whom did you speak to? I don’t think University will not reply to email and wait for hard copies. For my wife WES sent similar inquiry to Punjab University and within 3-4 days the University replied over email. I believe that the format would be standard which confirms transcripts’ genuineness and issuance by University only.

I called on the phone number mentioned on transcript and that person clearly told the process I explained above.
I insisted for faster reply but he refused
Now how can we track Wes courier delivery to ku
Also how can we track our docs delivery to Wes, last status is shown up to delhi

Your docs must have got delivered to ku by now, I suggest you to visit ku
Address: new examination branch, room no 100, I guess on 4th floor
If ur package not delivered there then ask them where to go, ie to ku post office or anywhere else
Please share ur experience as I will also visit after 10-15 days for my case

Hi punit how did you check documents reached till Delhi.
I submitted my documents at ku and I think they send the transcripts by local post for which they charge 200 rs. Does ku also send the transcripts through speed post?

U can check on the site indiapost if you have tracking no.
Ku don’t post by speedpost

How long does the process take for the transcripts to reach wes, if you submit it in the university and ask them to send it.
