WES number of hard copies

Hello evertbody and thank you all for this wonderful community. I just received my WES report and i was expecting to receive two hard copies as i have read somewhere on the internet; that is one to keep and one to send to CIC when needed. i have received only one copy, is that normal ?

Yes, you scan it in to send to cic. They are unlikely to request a physical copy.
