In the wes application form , we have to give a mailing address. Whether we have to give our permanent address. To which address WES will send the ECA. Please reply

Yeah this will be the correspondence address for WES, they will send ECA report to that address.

You need to provide the mailing address where you want that ECA report to be delivered.
If you are staying in another country and you want that report to be delivered to your parents in the permanent address of your home country, then provide the permanent address to them.
