WES have not updated the account with sent documents

My last document has been sent to WES by the institution. But they have not updated my account yet. I don’t know why it is taking so long time to update the site. According to them it should be updated within 72 hours. Is there anyone having any idea about this delay? Can it be a problem with my documents?
