WES:FSWP Credential Assessment HELP needed

Hi
I am about to send my documents to WES...CAn you please help what all to include in the Envelope..
At present, I've got -
1)Masters Transcripts, sealed by the university
2)Bachelors Transcripts - sealed by the university

Do I need to take transcripts for 10th and 10+2?
What else need to be included in the envelope i am about to send?

Vinay, I just sent my Master's Transcripts + Photo copy of Master's and Bachelor's Degree photo copy. Btw I received my evaluation for the same.
