WES free assessment states my studies is NOT bach, am I not qualified for OOPNP

Hi guys, I am from Philippines and I am a graduate of 4-yrs bachelor degree. the Canadian WES free assessment says that the equivalent of my degree is only completion of secondary school education and community college diploma (2yrs) BUT the US WES free assessment says that the equivalent of my degree is bachelor degree. I wanted to try OOPNP but I am not sure if I will be qualified or not since I have read that one should be a graduate of equivalent to Canadian bachelor or master or phd. Please advise.

Unfortunately, you won't be eligible for OOPNP because the WES US assessment is pretty much meaningless in the Canadian immigration context.

in this case, what is my other option to be able to qualified for OOPNP? I will start my classes for PGD this Fall 2015. Would it help?
